What You Bring 5+ years leading concrete restoration crews The ability to read plans, make decisions, and keep work moving Strong working knowledge of repair systems, coatings, and structural work A leadership style that balances respect with accountability A mindset of: own it, fix it, improve it Extra Credit (But Not Required) Post-tensioning or structural strengthening experience
