$25+ Depending On Experience + Overtime Opportunities Position Summary Alpine Concrete Pumping is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our growing team in Northern Utah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating concrete boom pump trucks at various commercial and residential construction sites while ensuring safe and efficient concrete placement. Candidates must possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL and have a strong understanding of DOT regulations, equipment operation, and job site safety. Key Responsibilities Operate concrete boom pump trucks safely and efficiently on commercial and residential job sites Set up and tear down boom pump equipment according to safety standards Coordinate with contractors, dispatchers, and crew members to ensure timely concrete placement Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and pumping equipment Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of boom pump and related equipment Monitor pump operation to prevent blockages or equipment damage Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures Accurately complete delivery tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation Drive company vehicles to and from job sites in compliance with CDL requirements Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL required Previous experience operating concrete boom pumps preferred Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug screening Knowledge of concrete pumping procedures and construction site operations Ability to work long hours, including overtime and occasional weekends Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications ACPA safety certification or equivalent training Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Experience with boom pump equipment Willing to train for the right person Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance 401(k) with company match Overtime opportunities Company-provided safety training and equipment About the Company Alpine Concrete Pumping proudly serves contractors and construction projects throughout Northern Utah with reliable concrete pumping services and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
