Bilingual Commercial Concrete Superintendent

Job Overview Black Line Concrete is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial concrete projects throughout Utah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing structural concrete, parking garages, foundations, footings, and site concrete projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This individual will be responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, equipment, and materials to ensure successful project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities Supervise all field operations for commercial concrete projects. Manage crews, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.

Coordinate and oversee:

Structural Concrete Parking Garage Construction Footings and Foundations Site Concrete Cast-in-Place Concrete Elevated Decks and Slabs Retaining Walls Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project schedules. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs. Communicate effectively with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners, and Inspectors. Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation. Identify and resolve field issues proactively.

QualificationsRequired:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial concrete construction.

Proven experience with:

Structural Concrete Projects Parking Garage Construction Footings and Foundations Site Work Large Commercial Concrete Placements Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to manage multiple crews and maintain production schedules.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish). OSHA 30 Certification. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software. Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.
