Ogden, UT Salary:
20.00 We are currently seeking skilled concrete finishers/ Labor's. This is a FT position with a great company located in the Ogden area.
Key Responsibilities- Form Preparation :
Set up, clean, oil, and assemble molds/forms according to production drawings.
Concrete Pouring :
Mix and pour concrete into molds, ensuring proper vibration for consolidation.
Reinforcement :
Cut, bend, and tie rebar or wire cages for reinforcing concrete products.
Finishing & Stripping :
Remove (strip) products from molds, finish surfaces, and repair minor defects.
Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects, dimensions, and compliance with specifications.
Maintenance & Safety :
Clean tools and work areas, maintain equipment, and adhere to all safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied weather conditions (heat/cold).
Technical Skills:
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and reading blueprints or shop drawings.
Experience:
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a concrete environment is preferred. (3+ years minimal concrete/construction experience)
Pay :
$20.00/hour
Schedule :
Mon-Fri 4am-5:00pm (Start times may vary overtime will be required when needed)
