This role involves managing on-site operations, supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality concrete work that meets project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, construction management expertise, and a thorough understanding of residential concrete processes. If interested please call 702-219-2807 Responsibilities Lead and supervise residential concrete crews, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and according to project plans. Coordinate daily work schedules, material deliveries, and equipment usage to optimize productivity. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of concrete placements. Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards and conduct regular safety meetings on-site. Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for adherence to specifications and addressing any issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or ProCore. Manage project budgets, track costs, and assist in construction estimating using HeavyBid or similar tools. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, contracts, and industry standards while maintaining a focus on craftsmanship. Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of the project. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for quality testing of electrical components related to concrete systems when applicable. Experience Proven supervising or management experience in residential concrete or general construction projects. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of heavy civil or residential infrastructure projects. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, or equivalent platforms. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating practices. Experience in quality control processes and implementing safety standards aligned with OSHA regulations. Hands-on experience with construction tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment relevant to concrete work. Excellent management skills with a history of supervising teams successfully while fostering a safe work environment.
