Hastings Construction is a company that provides year-round work. Experience is Required Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in concrete construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to concrete work. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. We are seeking someone who is ambitious, efficient, hardworking, must be reliable, a self-starter, detail oriented, willing to learn, and punctual. Spanish Speaking is a plus.
