Concrete Finisher

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and installing concrete structures. Your expertise will help bring construction projects to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects such as commercial buildings, renovations, and infrastructure development, contributing directly to the creation of durable and aesthetically pleasing structures. Responsibilities Prepare and set up forms, rebar, and other materials necessary for concrete placement. Operate power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces with precision using hand tools and specialized finishing techniques. Install rebar reinforcement and perform masonry tasks such as stucco, tile laying, and plastering as needed. Assist with framing, metal stud framing, carpentry, roofing, and other related renovation activities. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications while maintaining a clean work environment. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete installation and finishing. Hands-on experience with rebar installation, form building, and concrete forming techniques. Familiarity with operating power tools, heavy machinery (including heavy equipment operation), and concrete pumping systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions. Background in masonry, stucco application, flooring installation or tile laying is a plus. Strong understanding of schematics, metal stud framing, carpentry (including trim carpentry), restoration work, welding basics, caulking techniques, roofing processes or plastering is advantageous.
