Job Description

If you are a hardworking Concrete Worker with a strong work ethic and experience in concrete construction, we encourage you to apply today. We are seeking experienced and dependable Concrete Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of concrete construction tasks, including forming, pouring, finishing, reinforcing, and general site labor while ensuring all work is completed safely and according to project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations. Build, set, and strip concrete forms. Tie rebar and assist with reinforcement installation. Set anchor bolts and embedded items as directed. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
Willing and able to travel to various job sites; current projects are located in VA, MD, DC, and WV. Previous experience in concrete construction preferred. Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and directions. Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. Strong attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team. U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance and compliance purposes.
