Health insurance, 401(k), PTO, company vehicle/truck allowance, bonus opportunities Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Concrete Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and/or industrial concrete construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong field leadership experience managing crews, schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control on concrete projects including foundations, slabs, tilt-wall, structural concrete, paving, and site work. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations for concrete construction projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Track production, labor hours, and job progress
• Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions quickly
• Lead weekly jobsite meetings and communicate updates effectively
• Ensure proper concrete placement, finishing, curing, and reinforcement procedures
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction
• Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods and processes
• Experience managing field crews and subcontractors
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus Preferred Experience
