Concrete Pump Operator

Our client is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Concrete Pump Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment on commercial, residential, and industrial job sites while ensuring safe and efficient concrete placement. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to work closely with contractors, finish crews, and project managers to complete projects on time and to specification. Responsibilities

• Operate concrete pump trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up and break down pumping systems at job sites
• Pump concrete according to project specifications and crew direction
• Inspect equipment before and after operation to ensure safe working conditions
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pumps and hoses
• Monitor boom placement and hose operation during pours
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, contractors, and field crews
• Maintain accurate delivery and equipment records
• Keep equipment clean and properly maintained
• Troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues in the field Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience operating concrete pumps preferred
• Valid CDL license preferred (Class A or B, depending on equipment)
• Knowledge of concrete pumping operations and jobsite safety
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
