Cement Coating Specialist/Painter

This is a veteran owned business and former service is a positive. Looking for motivated self starter with prior experience in epoxy/polyurea coating OR must be willing to be trained and grow into leadership roles. Daily work consist of manual labor to include: grinding, shot blasting, application of bottom and top coatings of product. Attention to detail and positive attitude in customer service relationships is non-negotiable. I'm looking for a person to prove himself working side by side with me.
