Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Concrete Finisher / Construction Laborer to join our growing construction team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants steady work with opportunities to grow. You'll assist with concrete prep, pouring, finishing, and general site work on residential and commercial projects while working with a team that values safety, reliability, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare job sites for concrete work, including clearing, grading, and setting up work areas Assist with form setting, rebar installation, and concrete placement Mix, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces Use tools such as trowels, floats, edgers, screeds, saws, and power tools Help finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, patios, curbs, driveways, and other surfaces Perform broom finishing, edging, smoothing, and cleanup as needed Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely Follow project instructions and maintain quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all job site safety procedures Qualifications Experience in concrete work, construction, hardscaping, or general labor preferred Knowledge of form setting, rebar, pouring, and finishing is a strong plus Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in different weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Able to follow instructions and work well with a crew Willing to learn and grow in the trade You'll Be a Great Fit If You You show up on time, work hard, take pride in doing the job right, and want to build a long-term career in construction. Pay:
$23.02 - $31.34 per hour
