What You'll Be Doing Drive ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery What Are We Looking For 8+ years of leadership experience in high-performance environments Construction materials experience (i.e., ready mix concrete, aggregates and/or cement) Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence effectively with customers and stakeholders Solid business acumen with a focus on profitability, pricing, and market positioning Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Work Environment This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer-facing environments. Regular travel within the assigned region is expected to support customer relationships and business growth initiatives.
