293387380 Job Description Concrete Laborers Needed 📍 Spokane, WA 💲 $20•25/hour (DOE) We are currently hiring hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our team in Spokane. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, place, finish, cure, and repair concrete Perform screeding, troweling, broom finishing, and jointing Set and strip forms Install rebar and mesh; tie reinforcing steel Operate basic concrete tools and equipment (hand tools, saws, vibrators, wheelbarrows, compactors) Assist with concrete pours including mixing, placing, consolidating, and cleanup Perform basic layout and site prep (grading, staking, anchoring/guarding) Load/unload materials and move equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow foreman/supervisor instructions and assist other trades as needed

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Dependable with a strong work ethic Construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
