Job Description

Immediate Hiring For Concrete Laborer!!! Job Summary We are immediately hiring a Precaster to help manufacture precast and pre-stressed concrete products such as slabs, stairs, beams, tanks, and vaults. This hands-on role involves assembling and cleaning molds, pouring and finishing concrete, and supporting daily production on the shop floor. You'll work with a small crew in a fast-paced, physical environment where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail matter. Key Responsibilities Assemble metal molds and forms for concrete products Clean, inspect, and prepare forms before each concrete pour Climb in and out of narrow concrete forms (5-6 feet tall) Read production schedules and follow daily work plans Assist with placing reinforcement and embedded hardware Pour, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces Strip and remove forms after curing without damaging products Safely use hand tools and power tools Follow lead instructions and work closely with crew members Keep work areas clean and organized Support various production tasks as needed Required Skills & Physical Abilities Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, stretching, and climbing throughout the shift Able to work in hot, dusty, dirty conditions Read and use a tape measure accurately (to 1/16") Basic experience with construction, concrete, or general labor Able to follow written and verbal instructions Preferred (Not Required) Concrete finishing experience Precast concrete or construction experience Blueprint reading Overhead crane or heavy equipment operation Basic woodworking or carpentry skills Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Work Here? !! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
