Concrete Worker

Joint Construction, is currently seeking skilled concrete workers for multi-family/commercial projects throughout the greater Madison area. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction with concrete laboring experience.

Responsibilities of concrete workers:

Build and set concrete forms (foundations, slabs, etc.) Install reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh Pour and finish concrete using various tools such as rakes, screeds, and floats Operate equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and power tools safely and efficiently Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to coordinate tasks and address any concerns or issues that arise. Assist in cleaning up work areas and properly storing tools and equipment after completing projects.

Requirements for concrete workers:

Previous experience in concrete construction or a related field is preferred. Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to problem solve construction issues Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites

$24.00 - $36.00 per hour
