Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19
  • $22 / hour
  • What you'll be doing as a Construction Site Lead
Concrete And Heavy Equipment :
Site supervisor for all materials, laborers, and job specifications Responsible for all aspects of safety on site, including conducting safety meetings Operates various power tools, skid loaders, air compressors, forklifts, and other related tools and equipment Effectively communicates with customers and subcontractor representatives on site Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains construction team members to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames Coordinates and assesses all aspects of the site project to ensure the project is complete per manufacturer and engineering specifications Completes daily progress reports and maintains communication with manager to ensure the customer's expectations are met Fulfills all regular and advanced installation duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner Responsible for all equipment and utility locations to ensure a safe excavation environment Schedules all inspections throughout the project to maintain regulatory compliance Schedules subcontractors and ordering materials Available shifts:

1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady High School Diploma or GED preferred 5+ years' experience in a construction related field A valid driver's license is required Ability to meet insurability requirement of a good driving record Ability to perform manual construction work and equipment operations Ability to work out of town and overnight as needed Must have a valid CDL certification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Background check and Drug test required Ready to take control of the way you work?
