Work includes both local projects and travel opportunities throughout Wisconsin and across the country as needed. Projects include local jobs within a 60-mile radius of Kaukauna, WI, as well as travel assignments throughout Wisconsin and nationwide as needed. We are specifically seeking candidates located in the Green Bay or Appleton areas who are open to both local work and travel based on company needs.

Pay & Benefits:

PAY:

$25-$30/hour (based on experience)

PER DIEM

Hotel paid by company + $50/night for meals & travel expenses when travel is required

HOURS:

40+ hours/week

SCHEDULE

6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday, with possible overtime)

Temp-to-Hire Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Concrete Workers for a tilt-up construction crew. This role requires at least 2 years of concrete and/or carpentry experience. Tilt-up construction involves forming and pouring large concrete wall panels on site, allowing them to cure, and then lifting them into place with cranes to erect commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

Set and strip concrete forms Tie rebar and assist with pouring and finishing concrete Assist with forming and casting tilt-up wall panels Help guide and set panels during crane picks Assist with erecting structural wall systems Perform general concrete and carpentry tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of concrete and/or carpentry experience Experience with formwork, rebar, and concrete placement Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Must be open to both local and travel work
