About the Role As a Lead Concrete Field Supervisor, you will drive the successful delivery of complex structural concrete projects by overseeing field operations and coordinating high-performing crews. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every pour meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing site productivity and maintaining a culture of safety excellence. Responsibilities Direct all phases of concrete construction, from foundation and slab preparation to complex wall and column forming. Optimize project timelines by effectively managing subcontractors, heavy equipment, and material logistics. Translate complex blueprints and structural specifications into actionable field execution plans. Drive site safety by enforcing OSHA compliance and conducting proactive hazard assessments. Maintain high-quality workmanship through consistent site inspections and rigorous material testing oversight. Mentor field personnel and foremen to foster professional growth and improve overall team output. Track labor efficiency and equipment utilization to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity within the concrete construction industry. Expertise in concrete forming systems, rebar installation, and advanced finishing techniques. Proven ability to interpret complex construction drawings and project schedules. Strong proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and the ability to navigate diverse job site environments. Preferred Skills OSHA 30 certification and current First Aid/CPR credentials. Background in large-scale commercial, industrial, or civil concrete infrastructure. Familiarity with Lean Construction methodologies and advanced project scheduling tools. Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
