Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be essential in assisting with various concrete-related tasks, ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful building projects. Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create durable, smooth surfaces Set up and dismantle forms and molds for concrete structures using carpentry and framing techniques Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to strengthen concrete elements Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for tasks such as concrete pumping and site preparation Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of work Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup Support installation of hardscape features, flooring, tile laying, stucco, and other masonry components as needed Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating tools, mixers, pumps, and heavy machinery efficiently Construction estimating skills to assist in planning materials and labor needs Expertise in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and steel reinforcement Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for precise project execution Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment on construction sites Knowledge of various construction disciplines including carpentry (trim carpentry), roofing, masonry, plastering, restoration, framing (metal stud framing), flooring installation, tile laying, welding, caulking, and renovation projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout demanding workdays Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience operating heavy equipment is a plus Join our team if you're eager to build your career in construction!
