We're looking for a Concrete Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors, tackling challenges, and being part of a crew that knows how to work hard and have fun doing it.
What You'll Do:
No two days are exactly the same, but every day you'll play an important role in bringing projects to life by: Installing concrete systems on commercial and agricultural job sites Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently Working alongside a skilled crew to solve problems and keep projects moving Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites Taking pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail Supporting teammates and helping new crew members succeed Promoting a culture of safety and accountability Contributing wherever needed to help the team win
What We're Looking For:
Concrete construction experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and dependable attendance Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed Someone who leads by example and takes pride in a job well done Why Fox Cities Builders?
