Concrete Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and construction, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves making sure the Flat Work team finishes concrete surfaces that meet quality standards and specifications. The Concrete Foreman will work closely with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Our company offers full-time, year-round work with a company take home vehicle. Duties Manage Flat Work team Prepare and finish concrete surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Operate concrete mixers, power tools, and hand tools for various tasks. Install rebar and perform concrete forming as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Collaborate with team members on construction site activities, including heavy lifting and equipment operation. Ensure compliance with safety standards on the construction site. Requirements Proven experience in concrete finishing and construction site experience is essential but not required as we will train motivated individuals. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the workday. CDL is a plus but not required. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
