Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Foundation Finisher to join our construction team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring strong, level, and durable foundations that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, pour, and finish concrete for foundations on residential and commercial projects. Set forms, place reinforcement, and accurately grade surfaces for optimal foundation quality. Operate tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete. Ensure proper curing techniques to maximize the durability and longevity of the foundation. Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all safety regulations. Troubleshoot challenges during the finishing process to ensure seamless results.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years in concrete finishing, specifically with foundations.

Skills:

Proficient in forming, pouring, and finishing techniques for foundations.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of concrete materials, curing processes, and safety standards.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting and bending, and working in all weather conditions.

Team Player:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to job sites.
