Install Manager/Installer

Duties Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects Coordinate installation schedules, resources, and materials to optimize workflow Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation approach and safety measures Operate essential tools and equipment, including ohmmeters, to verify electrical systems and connections Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and technical procedures Communicate effectively with clients to explain project scope, progress, and address any concerns Ensure all installations meet quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies Experience Proven experience in installation roles, with a strong background in electrical or mechanical systems Familiarity with using testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical verification Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics confidently Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred Join us in delivering exceptional service through expert installations!
