JOB SUMMARY
Hoffman Petroleum Equipment is seeking an experienced Installation Foreman to lead a field crew installing and upgrading petroleum equipment systems at fuel stations, convenience stores, and commercial fueling facilities. This position oversees field operations involving underground and aboveground fuel systems, piping, dispensers, tanks, and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a driven and motivated work ethic, a positive attitude, and solid experience in petroleum or similar construction with the ability to manage projects safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate installation crew on job sites Install and oversee petroleum equipment including fuel dispensers, underground piping systems, STP systems, and fuel tanks Read and interpret blueprints and site plans; lay out jobs and establish grades using a laser transit Ensure projects meet all company, environmental, and safety standards Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle Train and mentor crew members Ensure all tools, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained Experience Proven management experience in construction or heavy civil projects with a focus on installation work. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating. Supervising teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with contracts and managing subcontractor relationships effectively. Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for proper installation procedures. Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
