Position:
HVAC Installation Manager Pay:
$75,000 to $95,000 salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses Eligible for up to 5-10% annual bonus compensation based on performance metrics
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday | 40 + hours per week
Essential Job Duties:
Oversee daily installation operations and field activities Manage installation schedules, manpower, and project timelines Coordinate labor assignments and crew availability Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally Supervise installation crews, lead technicians, and subcontractors Train, mentor, and evaluate installation personnel Conduct team meetings and performance reviews Review project scope, specifications, blueprints, and work orders Coordinate with sales and operations departments to ensure project readiness Serve as primary point of contact for installation-related concerns Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout project completion Conduct safety meetings and jobsite safety inspections Ensure crews use proper PPE and safe work practices
Qualifications:
3+ years of management or supervisory experience in installation, construction, or field operations Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial construction or service operations Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations Experience managing subcontractors and field crews Familiarity with scheduling and project management software
