Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment at all times. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize project delivery. Supervise on-site safety practices using tools like Ohmmeter for electrical checks or other specialized equipment as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards throughout the construction process. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting, and construction estimating processes. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and enforcement practices on construction sites. Skilled in project scheduling, management techniques, and supervising diverse teams effectively.
