Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors and team members, and uphold quality standards. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, maintain schedules, and deliver exceptional results. This position offers a dynamic environment where proactive management and construction expertise come together to build lasting infrastructure and structures. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and suppliers to meet project milestones efficiently. Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment at all times. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize project delivery. Supervise on-site safety practices using tools like Ohmmeter for electrical checks or other specialized equipment as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards throughout the construction process. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting, and construction estimating processes. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and enforcement practices on construction sites. Skilled in project scheduling, management techniques, and supervising diverse teams effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders seamlessly. Technical proficiency with tools shaping the future of dedicated leadership and expert craftsmanship!
