Full-Time Position Overview Durus Industrial is seeking experienced Foremen to lead field crews on heavy industrial, mining, energy, infrastructure, and civil construction projects throughout the Southwest. This position is responsible for direct oversight of craft labor, daily field execution, production tracking, safety enforcement, and coordination of assigned work activities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of driving production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules and client expectations. Core Responsibilities Lead and supervise assigned field crews and subcontractors Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents and Project Management Execute work safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications Read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and field instructions Maintain daily production tracking, manpower reporting, and timesheets Coordinate tools, equipment, materials, and deliveries required for assigned work scopes Identify field conflicts and proactively communicate solutions Enforce company safety policies and maintain zero-tolerance safety compliance Conduct daily pre-task planning and safety meetings Maintain organized and professional work areas Support quality control requirements and field inspections Assist with field layout, sequencing, and coordination between trades Maintain positive working relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and crews Qualifications 5+ years of industrial or heavy civil construction experience Prior experience leading crews in industrial, mining, utility, or infrastructure environments Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Experience managing production, manpower, and daily field operations Working knowledge of equipment, tools, and industrial construction practices Ability to adapt to changing field conditions and project demands OSHA 30 preferred Prior MSHA is required Valid driver's license required Work Environment & Expectations Travel required throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and surrounding regions Remote project assignments and extended work schedules may be required Outdoor work in extreme heat, dust, uneven terrain, and active construction environments Extended workweeks and overtime based on project demands Leadership presence and field accountability expected daily Safety, professionalism, and productivity are core expectations Compensation Highly competitive compensation based on experience and project background Overtime opportunities tied to project demands Per diem for qualifying projects Company benefits package available after eligibility period Long-term growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding industrial contractor
