Job Description

ICON STEEL
is seeking an experienced Field Foreman to lead structural steel and miscellaneous metals installation projects throughout Arizona. This position is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating with general contractors, maintaining safety, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead field crews on commercial construction projects Coordinate daily activities with general contractors and project managers Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Plan manpower, equipment, and material needs Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards Complete daily reports and communicate project progress Train and mentor field personnel Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
Prior structural steel or miscellaneous metals experience required Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong communication and organizational skills Welding experience is a plus OSHA certifications are a plus Valid driver's license required
Compensation:
$28 - $38 per hour, depending on experience. Higher compensation may be available for candidates with significant structural steel erection and leadership experience.
Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
