We have great benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation and PTO time, company 75% paid medical, dental/vision plans, etc. Foreman must have a valid Driver's license and have at least 3 years experience, preferably in Streetlights, but also site electrical, landscaping, concrete, or electrical construction. Lead Man must have at least 1 year experience managing a crew, speak English, read plans, electrical and equipment operating experience. We are based out of Mesa off Greenfield & McDowell but you will be working on various projects across the valley that are both commercial and residential. Our Lead Men & Foreman are working in the field daily and are responsible for reading the plans, gathering materials, operating equipment, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete, electrical wiring, conduit installs, lighting installations and maintenance work. Experience in operating a bucket truck, ride-on trencher, air compressor, drilling with a digger derrick or an auger bit on a mini ex or skid steer, or using a vacuum trailer are a plus! •CDL is a plus and means more money, if you have it already, if not, you may be required to get one through our company sponsored CDL program. IMSA Certifications and OSHA 30, and dust Certifications will be required, if you already have them let us know, it means more pay. If not, you will be required to take and pass all of these courses, company paid. There's a real opportunity for growth with our company if you're looking to move up quickly as an operator, leadman, or foreman. Applicants must Speak and understand English, bi-lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus! If you can operate a bucket truck, Digger Derrick, ride on trencher, or auger on a skid steer let us know for pay scale on hire. •Sign on bonus opportunities if you have relevant: 3+ years of Streetlight Experience as a Leadman, Concrete finishing skills and tools, IMSA training certs, or a CDL license. Job duties include but are not limited to: Working on the ground, using hand tools, power tools, brooms, and shovels to assist with earthwork. Plan to do lots of standing, walking, lifting, and carrying 10-50 lbs regularly Haul, carry, cut, and glue pvc pipe for electrical installations. Forming and pouring concrete foundations and concrete pads. Trenching and backfilling Pulling and terminating wire Site cleanup and dust control Hand digging jboxes and around utilities Foreman will need to call in concrete orders, operate equipment, assist with equipment maintenance and inspections, use an ipad to electronically hold safety meetings and document safety and daily records, call in bluestakes, utilize company trackers and schedules, read plans, estimate time and materials for change order work, and communicate in English daily with the office staff.
