Job Description
Position Overview The Electrical Foreman serves as the key link between project design and field execution, leading electrical crews to successfully deliver high-quality installations. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes, and coordinating all electrical activities on the jobsite. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise who can manage crews, maintain schedules, and solve complex field challenges while upholding safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of electricians, apprentices, and trade personnel. Serve as the primary field liaison between project management and electrical crews. Plan and execute electrical installations in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and code requirements. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards. Develop and manage daily and weekly work plans to meet project schedules. Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed within project budgets. Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide field operations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress. Track job progress and maintain accurate daily logs and reports. Assist with project scheduling and forecasting of remaining work. Support performance management and development of crew members. Maintain professional relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Resolve conflicts and address jobsite challenges in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; trade school or associate degree preferred. Minimum of Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician managing crews. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with construction tools, equipment, and material management. Proficiency with construction software such as Bluebeam is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Certifications OSHA 30 certification required.

training required. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a variety of environments including outdoor, indoor, noisy, dusty, or hazardous conditions. Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and challenging jobsite conditions. Capable of climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
