This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and uphold safety and quality standards across diverse construction sites. As a key leader, you will drive project efficiency, foster teamwork, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results on every project. Duties Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide on-site work Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets safety standards and project requirements Manage site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and training sessions Oversee budgeting and cost control measures; track labor hours, material usage, and equipment allocation Supervise teams of workers; assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote a collaborative work environment Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, incident logs, and progress updates Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or pipeline projects Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools Familiarity with contracts management, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards Supervising experience demonstrating leadership skills in managing diverse teams effectively Strong understanding of quality control procedures and construction best practices Proficiency in using measurement tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical testing and schematics interpretation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels Join us as a Construction Foreman where your leadership will shape successful projects while fostering a safe, efficient work environment.
