Position Overview :
Underground utilities foreman will oversee the daily operations of utility projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in underground utilities, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead our underground installation crews.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise underground crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Direct involvement with utility inspectors and 3rd party inspectors. Conduct quality control inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of work performed. Resolve issues, providing technical guidance to team members. Interpret and work from technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Experience with As-built projects is a plus Train and mentor team members, promoting professional development and growth. Collaborate with project coordinators, project managers and superintendents to ensure project success. Follow company procedures in accordance with foreman training and standards.
Qualifications:
Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record. Pass a pre-employment drug test. OSHA 30 Construction Industry Experience with underground utilities preferred. Ability to work in various environmental conditions and perform physical tasks, such as lifting, climbing and operating in confined spaces.
