JOB DESCRIPTION-SERVPRO
of Tucson is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief to lead local restoration crews on water, fire, storm, mold, and cleaning jobs throughout the Tucson area. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who can lead technicians, keep jobs moving, communicate clearly with customers, and help restore homes and businesses after property damage. The right candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in active jobsite conditions, and able to set the tone for safety, quality, and customer service in the field.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead restoration technicians on assigned jobs from start to finish.
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment and other restoration equipment.
- Help perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, debris removal, and jobsite preparation.
- Document job progress, photos, moisture readings, equipment usage, and daily notes.
- Communicate professionally with customers, managers, adjusters, and team members.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, equipment, and jobsites clean, organized, and ready.
- Train and coach technicians on jobsite expectations, customer care, and production standards.
- Support emergency response, overtime, and rotating on-call work when needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Restoration, mitigation, construction, cleaning, or field service experience preferred.
- Previous crew leadership or jobsite leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Ability to work in damaged properties, tight spaces, warm environments, and active jobsites.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude with customers.
- Ability to follow directions, document work, and hold team members accountable.
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required unless listed by the office.
