Full Job Description Position:

Fencing Foreman SK Fencing & Gates is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Fencing Foreman to lead residential, commercial, industrial, and automated gate installation projects throughout Arizona. This is a leadership position for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, crew development, safety, and customer satisfaction. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Company vehicle (for qualified candidates) Paid holidays and PTO Growth opportunities into Operations or Project Management Responsibilities Lead and manage fencing installation crews Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and site layouts Install and oversee: Chain link fencing Ornamental iron fencing Vinyl fencing Wood fencing Ranch and agricultural fencing Security fencing Automated gate systems Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower Train and mentor crew members Perform quality control inspections Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff Complete job documentation and daily reports Requirements 5+ years of fencing installation experience 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role Strong knowledge of fence layout, grading, and installation techniques Experience operating equipment such as: Skid steers Mini excavators Augers Forklifts Ability to read construction plans and specifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors year-round Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Experience with gate operators and access control systems is a major plus Ideal Candidate Leads by example Takes ownership of projects Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Solves problems in the field without constant supervision Focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Wants to grow with a fast-growing Arizona fencing company Why Join SK Fencing & Gates?
