Full Job Description Summary:
The Underground Storage Tank (UST) Construction Foreman is part of a multi-faceted project team responsible for general commercial tenant improvement and construction projects especially related to all aspects of retail gas station convenience stores. This person is the hands on working foreman in charge of execution and directing a crew if 2-6 people. A successful candidate for this position should have well-rounded system experience with the following areas: Drawing reading and project planning Material planning and requisition Awareness of California Electric Code approved wiring methods General awareness of multiple trades: Electrical Plumbing Grading and Concrete Framing, wood and steel
Roofing Lighting Interior and Exterior Finishes Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
International Code Council Certifications:
U1 UST Installation & Repair, California Service Technician, and Vapor Recovery Installation and Repair Certified Ability to travel and work out of town as needed Capable and honest to keep a crew motivated and efficiently productive Strong technical inclination and problem solving skills Time management, planning, and work prioritization skills Heavy equipment experience (backhoe, excavator) required Results Oriented Physically fit and able to work in sumps and from ladders and man lifts
Valid Driver's License Pay:
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
