Committed to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Low Voltage Foreman to lead our installation teams.

Job Description:

RCL Communications Systems is looking for an experienced and energetic Low Voltage Foreman to oversee our installation teams and ensure the successful execution of projects. As the Foreman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, managing, and supervising the installation of low voltage systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Low Voltage Technicians and Installers. Ensure the team adheres to safety standards, project timelines, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate and schedule installation projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources and meeting client deadlines. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Conduct regular quality checks on installations to ensure they meet industry standards and client specifications. Provide guidance and feedback to team members for continuous improvement. Demonstrate technical proficiency in low voltage systems, including nurse call, CCTV, access control, audio visual, and wander management. Oversee the installation and configuration of complex systems. Serve as a point of contact for clients during installation projects, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project progress, including plans, reports, and change orders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and RCL's quality assurance procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Low Voltage Foreman or in a similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge of low voltage technologies. Nurse call, CCTV, and access control experience is a plus Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Technical certifications in low voltage systems are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
