Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that all aspects of construction work are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Your leadership will drive project success, foster teamwork, and uphold the company's commitment to excellence in construction management. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and schedules Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team activities Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam for planning, scheduling, and documentation Manage site safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety inspections Monitor quality control measures to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards Oversee procurement of materials and equipment; maintain accurate inventory records using construction management tools Supervise team members' performance; provide training and mentorship to enhance skills in construction site experience and management Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools; track progress against milestones Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and project scope; handle change orders as necessary Conduct routine inspections with tools like ohmmeters or other testing devices to verify electrical or structural integrity Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and related tools Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and construction estimating Supervising experience with a focus on safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards Strong understanding of schematics, technical drawings, and construction schematics Skilled in managing contracts and coordinating multiple subcontractors effectively Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration on-site Familiarity with pipeline projects or similar large-scale infrastructure work is a plus Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for quality assurance purposes Valid OSHA certification; additional certifications related to construction management are preferred Join us as a Construction Foreman where your expertise will shape successful projects while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment committed to safety, quality, and innovation.
