Pay:
$35-$45 per hour (based on experience) Lead. Build. Grow with ProConnect Electric. ProConnect Electric, a division of Mobile Illumination, is actively hiring an experienced Electrical Journeyman Foreman to lead crews across commercial and residential projects throughout Southern California. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can run jobs efficiently, manage crews, and represent our company with professionalism in front of clients and inspectors. If you're a bilingual (English/Spanish) journeyman with strong leadership skills , this is an immediate opportunity to step into a key role with a growing company. What You'll Do Lead a crew of 3-5 electricians on active job sites Coordinate daily work plans and ensure project timelines are met Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems Ensure all work meets NEC code and local regulations Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean job site What We're Looking For Valid Electrical Journeyman Card (Required) Proven experience as a foreman or lead electrician Ability to manage small crews effectively (3-5 workers) Strong knowledge of commercial, TI, and ground-up construction Experience with residential service work (Tesla Powerwalls, EV chargers a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Why Join ProConnect Electric?
