The right candidate will have the potential to increase income based on success of projects. We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter UNION Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with our project managers to ensure that projects are successful. Including but not limited to detailing, layout, material lists, installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems in commercial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Duties Install and assemble piping systems according to specifications and blueprints. Solder pipes and fittings to ensure secure connections. Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair existing piping systems. Collaborate with HVAC installers and technicians to integrate piping into heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience Proven experience as a Pipefitter on projects from conception to completion. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Familiarity with HVAC piping systems is required. Competence in using hand tools and welding equipment effectively. Ability to work independently and to communicate with management in a fast-paced environment.
