What You'll Be Doing As a Foreman, you will play a critical role on the job site, leading field crews, optimizing execution, and ensuring installations meet the highest standards. Field Leadership

• Direct and motivate installation technicians to perform safe, efficient, and high-quality work Project Execution
• Coordinate schedules, trades, tools, and deliveries to keep projects on track Crew Scheduling
• Maintain and manage technician deployment using scheduling platforms and project forecasts Mentorship
• Train and coach junior technicians to build skills, confidence, and team capacity Stakeholder Communication
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Services leadership to report progress, flag issues, and implement solutions Tools & Materials
• Ensure job sites are equipped with the right resources, materials, and documentation Safety & Standards
