Job Description Rinvio is hiring a Glazier Foreman for a BBB A+ rated glass and window company in the Bay Area (Newark, CA). This company is known for fast response times and quality craftsmanship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise glazing crews on commercial and residential projects Install glass, windows, storefronts, curtain walls, and mirrors Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all installations Coordinate with project managers and clients on job requirements Train and mentor junior glaziers Manage material inventory and equipment on job sites

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of glazing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials Experience with commercial storefronts, curtain walls, and window systems Ability to read blueprints and specifications Valid driver's license with clean record

OSHA 10/30

certification preferred Strong communication and leadership skills

COMPENSATION

$35-45/hour depending on experience W-2 contract position Weekly pay Bay Area location to lead projects with a top-rated glass company!
