Responsibilities:

• Install underground, top out, hot & cold plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings
• No service or repair
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to plan plumbing installations
• Follow building codes and safety regulations in all plumbing work
• Use hand and power tools to complete plumbing tasks
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a lead plumber or foreman
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings and do plumbing layout and installations
• Proficient in using, and has own plumbing tools, power tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions

Skills:

• Procore:

  Experience using Procore software for project scheduling and management.
• Quality control: Understanding of quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

• Manage:

  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

• Schematics:

  Ability to read and interpret plumbing schematics and technical drawings.

•

OSHA:

Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to maintain a safe working environment. OSHA10 Certified.

Travel:

• Willing to travel to various job sites around San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County.

Pay:

• TBD, based on experience.
