Please include relevant work experience in your resume. We need people with experience in Underground Electrical work. Lead and Foreman positions available. Responsibilities Install underground electrical systems for utility services to new buildings on on site electrical. Work with utility and building inspectors to complete projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Must be familiar with trench safety, shoring, and traffic control. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred) and experience using iPads or similar mobile devices for field operations, reporting, and project documentation. Lead and supervise crew members on underground electrical projects, ensuring productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and jobsite logistics to keep projects on schedule. Train and mentor crew members, promoting a strong safety culture and high-quality workmanship. Requirements Proven experience as an operator or installer with ample construction experience. Strong knowledge of electrical systems. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools relevant to work. Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety guidelines. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead on underground construction projects. Ability to manage crews, communicate clearly, and maintain a productive jobsite.
