Construction Supervisor Pay:
$52/hour

Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects in the San Jose area. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and experienced in managing a small crew while maintaining high-quality workmanship and job site efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, trade knowledge, and the ability to coordinate day-to-day field operations while working alongside the crew when needed. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a small construction crew Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Maintain safe and organized job sites Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors as needed Communicate progress updates and field issues to management Perform skilled construction work when necessary Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor Ability to manage crews and keep projects moving efficiently Must own and maintain personal construction tools Must have a reliable truck suitable for transporting tools and materials Valid California driver's license Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead by example Preferred Qualifications Experience in framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, or general construction Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus OSHA certification preferred Compensation & Benefits $52 per hour Steady full-time work Opportunity for long-term growth Supportive team environment How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief summary of your experience, including: Types of projects supervised Crew size managed Years of construction experience Confirmation that you have your own tools and truck You can also include photos of completed projects or references from previous employers or clients.
