POSITION SUMMARY
This individual will help lead plumbing crews on production-style residential home builds while ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, and builder expectations are met. The ideal candidate understands residential subcontracting operations, can manage field personnel effectively, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing crews on single-family residential new construction projects Install and oversee radon mitigation systems per code and builder requirements (Training if needed) Coordinate daily field operations with builders, superintendents, and internal management Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Train and mentor apprentices and field employees Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Order and track materials needed for projects Maintain clean and organized jobsites Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times Assist with troubleshooting field issues and maintaining production timelines Radon License is preferred not required Strong experience in single-family residential new construction plumbing Experience working for a plumbing subcontractor preferred Previous crew leadership or foreman experience required Ability to manage multiple homes and crews simultaneously Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, undergrounds, rough-ins, trims, and finals Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Rotating emergency oncall Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Trade School degree or certification preferred. Skills & Abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in plumbing, construction, or residential services. Residential production builder experience Experience managing subcontracted labor and field scheduling Familiarity with Colorado plumbing and radon codes Ability to work independently and make field decisions Construction experience of at least two (2) years preferred. Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at least one (1) year. Experience with PlanGrid and Smartsheet (preferred) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Outlook and professional email communication Skilled in using electronic devices and digital tools
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
