Also W-2 employee full time carpenter specializing in carpentry to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction and restoration projects, delivering top-quality craftsmanship across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. As a skilled carpenter, you will be responsible for executing precise carpentry tasks, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Read and understand technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks at a high level of detail. Perform framing, trim carpentry, decks, siding, door hanging, cabinet installation, painting, fences, and more… Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks. Install fixtures, moldings, flooring, tile, roofing, stucco, and other building components. Various projects including water damage remediation, plastering, drywall repair, and mold remediation. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean job site. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, and general construction site work. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Strong background in various carpentry disciplines including cabinetry installation, door hanging, siding application, flooring installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, plastering methods, concrete forming processes, and rebar installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding job sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality craftsmanship across all projects.
