Electrical Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and construction management software. This role requires someone who can effectively manage project timelines, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality work on construction sites. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical team on-site. Interpret and build electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project specifications. Utilize construction management software such as Project Sight to track project progress and manage resources effectively. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations on-site. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Experience Experience completing municipal treatment projects or other industrial projects preferred Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical field, preferably as an Electrical Supervisor or similar position. Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols. Familiarity with construction management software including Project Sight and Bluebeam is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
