Job Description

Basement Finishing Colorado is seeking a skilled, dependable construction professional to help oversee our basement finishing projects while actively participating in the work. Since 2009, Basement Finishing Colorado has been helping homeowners transform unfinished basements into beautiful, functional living spaces. We are seeking a hands-on leader who shares our commitment to quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships with homeowners and subcontractors. This position combines job-site supervision, customer communication, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and skilled construction work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, builds strong relationships, and wants to grow into a long-term leadership role within our company. Responsibilities Visit and monitor active basement finishing projects Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate deliveries, materials, and project logistics Ensure projects remain organized, safe, and on schedule Complete punch-list items and minor repairs Procure and deliver materials, tools, and supplies Perform minor demolition and general labor as needed Assist with: Framing Drywall repairs and finishing Trim and finish carpentry Door and hardware installation Cabinet installation Painting and touch-up work Minor plumbing repairs Minor electrical repairs Identify and communicate project issues before they become problems Help maintain company standards for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction Qualifications Residential construction experience required Working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, framing, and basic plumbing and electrical work Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and perform physical work on active construction sites Honest, dependable, professional, and trustworthy Compensation & Benefits $28-$38 per hour, depending on experience Medical insurance Retirement plan Paid holidays Paid vacation Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Long-Term Opportunity We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just hold a job.
