$70K-$100K base (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in various construction projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on-site.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with NEC and safety regulations.

Review and interpret electrical plans and specifications.

Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project success.

Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all electrical work.

Provide training and support to junior electricians and apprentices.

QualificationsProven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar role.

CT LicenseSome combination of Commercial, Industrial, Mission Critical, Light Commercial, Data Center experience preferredStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.

Experience with estimating electrical plans and bid take-offs is a plus.

Familiarity with software such as Accubid and Bluebeam is desirable.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
